Key definitions
Agreement — this user agreement.
Site — a resource located on the Internet at the network address https://beta.leafsyengine.ru
Product — computer software that is a digital technically complex product reproduced on technical devices and published on the Site.
Domain name — a unique alphanumeric and symbolic designation intended to identify a resource on the Internet.
Rightholder — 
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. This Agreement defines the terms of use and development of the Site, as well as the rights and obligations of its Users and of the Rightholder.
1.2. The subject of the Agreement is to provide the User with access to the use of the Site and its Products.
2. Obligations of the User
2.1. The User undertakes to duly comply with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. The User undertakes not to use the Product to create resources that may violate the law of the Russian Federation.
2.3. The User undertakes not to take actions aimed at disrupting the normal operation of the Site.
2.4. The User undertakes not to distribute, using the Site, any confidential information about natural or legal persons that is protected by the law of the Russian Federation.
3. Exclusive rights
3.1. All objects available through the Site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, video, computer programs, databases and other objects, are objects of the exclusive rights of the Rightholder.
3.2. The User is granted the right to use (a simple non-exclusive licence) the Product within its functional capabilities, without the right to sublicense to third parties.
4. Terms of use of the Product
4.1. One copy of the Product grants the User the right to use it to create one site of their own, intended for one Domain name.
4.2. Using the Product to create a larger number of sites is possible only if additional copies of the Product are purchased.
4.3. Rebinding a copy of the Product to a different domain name is not possible.
5. Limitation of liability
5.1. The Product is provided “as is”. The Rightholder gives no warranties as to the error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Product, nor any other warranties not expressly set out in this Agreement.
5.2. To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, the Rightholder bears no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect consequences of any use or non-use of the Product and/or for damage caused to the User and/or to third parties as a result of any use or non-use of the Product, including because of possible errors or failures in the operation of the Product.
5.3. The Rightholder is not obliged to provide technical and service support for the Product. Support is provided at the Rightholder's voluntary discretion.
5.4. The Rightholder reserves the right to unilaterally terminate service maintenance and updates of the Product without a refund at its own discretion, including where there are grounds to believe that the User is in breach of the terms of the current agreement. The Rightholder has the right to conclude on its own that the User may be in breach of the terms of the current agreement, based on the information available to it, including information obtained from complaints or as a result of its own internal checks.
6. Terms of the agreement
6.1. The Rightholder has the right to change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally by publishing the amended text on the Internet at: https://beta.leafsyengine.ru/agreement
